Refund Policy

How refunds are processed for returned orders.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Once a returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Netbanking): Refund will be credited directly back to the original source account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be credited via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT) as provided by the customer.
